New Hope Charity Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity based in Vista, California. Established in 2023, our foundation is dedicated to providing second chances and restoring hope for individuals and families facing life’s toughest challenges—homelessness, crisis, trauma, and systemic hardship.
We believe that even in the darkest chapters, new hope can emerge—and we exist to help people find it.
Our Mission
Our mission is to rekindle lives through compassion, shelter, education, and community support. We empower individuals not just to survive adversity, but to rise above it—with restored dignity, access to resources, and the belief that their future is still worth building.
At New Hope, we do more than provide services—we walk with people on their journey to healing and renewal.
Why We Do It
Millions of people in our communities face challenges that seem insurmountable: sudden job loss, eviction, domestic violence, incarceration, or poverty passed down across generations.
But we believe hardship doesn’t define a person—their hope does.
We started New Hope Charity Foundation to serve as a lifeline to those who feel forgotten. Our programs are rooted in empathy, powered by partnerships, and driven by the core belief that change begins with someone saying, “You still matter.”
